How to file a complaint?
The buyer is required to check the goods immediately upon receipt. If there is significant mechanical damage to the shipment clearly caused by transportation, the buyer has the right to refuse it.
The regular complaint procedure applies for filing a complaint. The warranty period for the goods is 24 months, or it may be limited by the expiration date. The buyer is required to deliver the claimed goods to the seller clean, mechanically undamaged, packaged, including the invoice.
The warranty right expires if the defect occurred due to mechanical damage, improper handling of the product, or other violations of the warranty conditions. Defects caused by natural disasters are also excluded from the warranty.
The buyer has the right to claim a warranty from the seller only for goods that show defects caused by the manufacturer, supplier, or seller, are covered by warranty, and were purchased from the seller.
The seller is obliged to determine the method of handling the complaint within 3 days from the start of the complaint process (the day of receiving the claimed goods), in justified cases, especially if a complex technical assessment of the goods' condition is required, no later than 30 days from the start of the complaint process. Once the method of handling the complaint is determined, the seller or designated person will immediately process the complaint, and in justified cases, the complaint can be processed later. However, the complaint must be processed no later than 30 days from the day of filing the complaint. After the complaint handling period has expired, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract or the right to exchange the goods for a new one.
